Are you having some overheating issues?  I have never been a fan of electric fans, just a personel preferance.  If you are haivng any overheating issues, I highly recommend a 4 core aluminum radiator.

I run only an electric fan, it runs realy cool, the only problem I have is forgeting to turn it back on if I shut it off!

If your having problems you should check out the reason why, could  be the radiator like Kirk says, the water pump or the clutch fan may be going?
