You can plan on all of the current bolts being a PITA, especially the rear leaf springs. Start hitting them now with PB Blaster and do it for at least a week or two everyday until you do the lift. If you have access to some type of torch to heat things up I would have it handy also. Plan on at least a couple bolts breaking when you try to remove them.

i just put this lift on my 2000 cherokee in a driveway and it took about 8 hours.

I have some people helping who are machanics and we have a shop to use with all the tools and a lift so i hope it wont be that bad.

All the tools in the world won't help when the rear leaf spring nut-sert brakes off inside the frame. We had a sawzall, angle grinders, torch, dremmel, and it still took, 4 hours to pull the rear spings in Roger's old XJ. :P Lots of PB Blaster, and then some more PB Blaster, and pray to the Jeep gods. :P

same story with Gary's XJ, i echo the pb blaster trick...

The lift took a total of 12 hours the front went very well than ran into problems when all the bolts on my tcase fell apart had to rea drill and tap them same with the rear shocks and ran into other problems i cant belive how much rust my jeep had it looks soo clean and still if you look at it it doesnt look like it had much at all.
