This is the article from the most recent JP magazine. Its not just about the Grand Cherokee, but Internationals intentions in buying the Jeep brand.

that's awesome. i think i'd even buy the liberty rubicon. solid axles!!
-
I can't wait to have a V8 Grand Cherokee Rubicon. I plan on getting one a little after they come out, so they can work the bugs out before I buy one.
-
thats great....im excited and I cant even afford a new jeep right now...
-
it would be bad ass to drive an international jeep cherokee...
-
im personally fixated on the zj rubi package. that is bad ass, truly. A stock cherokee you can wheel.

I picked up a JP magazine for reading on my plane ride last weekend and loved that article. I'm imagining PTOs coming in the future with heavier duty axles as stock. I think International is a great owner for Jeep with their industrial truck experience.

Think how cool the old International Scout's were. They had V8's, Dana 44's and were simple. I'll give them a few years of making Jeeps before I'll fork over the $$ for one, but I'll be test driving one when they come out.

I'd like to see a compass rubicon!! LOL

more to the point, international has a great diesel engine department already, maybe they will get the message dyamler missed after selling so many diesel libby's with such great reviews and finaly bring a diesel wrangler to america
