I can't think of anything I need from there and it's very difficult for me to accumulate things when I'm only renting one room out of a house. I've already got a bike, couple tires and some miscellaneous XJ parts out in the shed and another bike in the spare bedroom downstairs. I don't know how much more stuff he's going to let me hide around the place.

except thier warranties are underwritten by a completly seperate company.  though for most things, its a waste of money.
