Moving.....probably
« on: July 01, 2008, 11:20:14 PM »
Well, the detailer promised me orders today. USS Alaska Gold out of K Bay. I called to confirm the email and asked when the orders would be posted, he told me that he would write them when he had the budget. So I'm moving.... but I won't really believe it until I have orders in hand.

I'm already looking for clubs down there  ;D Although I'm kind of hooked on driving slow over rocks now, I'm not sure if I want to go back to mud only  ???

If you haven't been on a Trident before, then you'll love it.  If you have, then you already know what to expect.  Did he give you a time table?

Never have. She's coming out of the yards and moving down to GA in Feb. So the beginning will probably be post sea trials upkeep, another cert underway, and another upkeep, but I'm new to the world of T-hulls so I don't know. I'm probably going to be moving during Christmas.
