Think I need new brakes?

So the truck I bought a few months back for a winter beater has been blowing brake lines and I decided I would just bite the bullet and replace all the lines and brakes as well.  I started to tear it down yesterday and this is what I found.  No wonder the brakes were so crappy, haha.
