CANCELLED- Annual Meeting/Venison BBQ at Ed & Mel's - October 10, 2015

Meeting/BBQ will be held at Ed & Mel's (moosin) on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 5:00 pm. Eating around 6. This will be our typical October meeting which will be around 7:00-7:30.

We will be supplying the venison (including venison chili). We will also supply some hotdogs and hamburgers but they will be cooked only upon request.

BYOB!! Make sure you take home whatever booze you bring :-). We will supply water.

Please bring a dish and post here what you are bringing, so that we do not have alot of the same thing. As always your family is more then welcome. Friends are welcome to (within reason).

We currently have people bringing the following:

Potato Salad
Macaroni Salad
Cookies
Taco Dip
Bread/Garlic Dip
Melon
Baked Mac & Cheese

We need to have a head count by Thursday!

Possible new guy, Doug will also be there with a couple bags a chips as he cannot cook in the barracks.
