Long shot but if anyone has a Rubicon transfer case out of a tj they are willing to part with I'd be interested. Or if anyone had any leads

This will be cheaper than finding a rubi case unless you find somebody with no clue

Not a 241OR, but a built D300

The pop out issue they're talking about can be fixed easily.  JB Conversions has upgraded ball/spring kits cheap to correct it.

What's your application?

I do not have personal experience with this kit, however I do remember a guys from Hudson NY's club at BTC saying they suck on road and don't last with steet driving.  Said bearings wear out, poor construction.  I have also read this around the inter web.

This is going in my xj with an ax15. And I have the 488sin the diff so next step for a lower ratio is the case.
