TJ lift advice?

Thats what I was thinking. Plus, after looking at those body mounts, I am not going anywhere near a body lift. Too much rust to contend with.
Any helpful pointers about removal of the exhaust manifold? It looks like alot of other stuff has to come out too for that job....intake manifold, power steering pump, etc
