October 13 Meeting

Hi Everyone!

The October meeting will be held at our house on Saturday 10/13 at 4 PM. It is the annual venison bbq/meeting. We will supply the venison and if anybody would like any other meat they will need to bring it. But we havce the condiments if you need it.

It is pot luck (i.e, side dishes, etc). Please post up what you are bringing so we dont alot of one thing....

And as always it is BYOB, just bring it home with you  :)

I have to work till 4pm. Can make it by 5:30ish. What time is the grilled food being served and when is the meeting going to start??

Starts at 4 usually we eat first and then have the meeting later.
