Pre 70 fords and mercurys were all layered together. Meaning if the floor panel is rotten you will need to unstich layers to get to it. Your friend is going to have a hard time finding someone to do it cheap. Patch floor panels are like 80 buck and the labor will be rediculouuuuuuus. Talk soon bro    Mike

He's not looking for a pro job or even done correctly.  He's already got most of the areas cut out.  He just wants filler pieces burned in.
