next year (or a soon as the ax-15 goes boom) i was debating weather or not to just swap in the sm465 with the 4.0 or do an sbc 5.3 or 6.0 but i have way to much into this block to let it just sit awaiting a project to go into but talking to my machinist and running all the numbers i can pull more power torque and rpms out of the v8 than i could compared to a 4.7 stroker with all the bells and whistles i am going to open everything up and i will be pulling over 400 hp and 350 ft-lbs out of the 327 and on 93 octane to do that with a stroker i will be dumping twice the cash into it and after talking to some friends about my wheeling style a rev happy v8 i will do alot better next year @ RROCK if you all remember i grew quite fond of the skinny pedal

right now i am trying to figure out what to do about fuel injection some say graft in a tune port intake but holly proinjection will be real easy to bolt on and go

you and I both have that problem and I don't think anyone will ever let us forget!  lol

I'm planning to drop a Throttle Body injection out of a early 90's pickup on my Carbed SBC I have sitting in the garage. the aftermarket kits are nice but so expensive!

i was driving home from work and i heard electrical cracking and poping then woof big ass fireball in the cab the truck is with me in illinios and the worse part is the fire department did more damage than the fire the wrecked the hood drivers fender put a big ass hole in the brand new radatior and broke the core support trying to open the hood to put the fire out i could have just tossed in a new wireing harness, carb, dizzzy and battery and drove it but no they f'ed it all up but  i appreciate what they did
