Looks good, but fiberglass is scary to me.  It cracks alot easier then some other products.  The urethane flares I have hold up great.  I've folded them back on a tree almost all the way to the fender and they just popped back into place.  Fiberglass would just break.

I hate to take the wind out of your sails here, but it sucks their not made of something else.

Might try checking out something like these.

I have flexy flares from quadratec, they just aren't very good looking. I'd imagine these hold up a lot better than say Bushsmashers, or the shittybuilts. I'll have to find some reviews.

Swagger:
C'mon man, the cheaper the better on a trail rig, for flares atleast. cheap means it wont piss you off as much when you have to fork over the dough to repair or replace them.  J/k bout the mallcrawler. mallcrawlers don't attempt 4' deep river crossings.  you ever thought about grabbing some plate steal and some small diameter tubing and fabbing up up some armor/tube fenders?  you could make them wide enough to be legal(ish). It'd be a tough project, but probably well worth the effort.
