yeah, asthetically. i wonder what it took to get a quality lift kit made for that thing. probably an engeneering nightmare. plus, they're too suburban soccer mom-ish now. No offense to soccer moms, but that vehicle in it's current design has no plac on the trail IMHO.

Flex:
depends on the trail. wheeling is not about having the best jeep in the world is about how u do with what ya got.

I went to Chrylser training school for 2 days just on the new HEMI engine. It is a Bad Ass engine.(6 bolt mains just to start)  It might not be the old school HEMI but it"s way more efficent. If the the old school HEMI was a small displacement engine like the new one & had to be able to run on 87 octain fuel then it would have less HP then the new one. The first Gen 5.7L was 345hp & 6.1L 425hp. 2nd Gen 5.7L is now up to 390hp. Have not read anything new about updating the 6.1L but about a year ago read something about a Truck HEMI 6.4L.That was before Fiat bought them out.

The new HEMI has a place in every JEEP.
