Ok, so obviously to me, I soooooo can't drink beer...but man I miss microbreweries. Is that place kinda like one?

I've honestly never taken their tour.
They don't bottle/keg and/or distribute, so, it's probably not all that much like a microbrewery.
Everything they brew is sold right there are the restaurant/bar.
