So after I tore down the front axle, I found that 4 wheel parts wholsales sent me the wrong front axle shafts.  They sent me 30 spline instead of the 27 spline.  I already installed the Aussie so I will just have to a little lighter on the skinny pedal then I would like.  I have done a lot of research and with the HP D30, 4.10 gears, 35's, and TJ shafts "should" be ok.  I upgraded the U-joints to Alloy USA 760 joints which are 30% stronger then stock.  I carry spare shafts so hopefully I will be ok for a few more weeks

.
The Aussie went is very easy, much easier then the 8.8.  It is much easier to install when the carrier is on the bench.  The new U-bolt skids go on in the morning.
