Could be a lot of things from vacuum leak to throttle position sensor. Are you throwing any codes?

no codes. The vacuum system was fine. I replaced the IPS. I noticed today blueish white smoke and it smells like gas. If i remember correct that means i am running too rich? idk, but this jeep is frustrating lol.

blue smoke is oil.  I speak from experience, i burned at least a quart a week all through high school!

Blueish white smoke does sound like a head gasket.

if the fuel injectors are bad, and the engine isn't getting enough fuel, would it make white smoke because its getting too much fuel or air?

blue smoke is oil that is bad what is the condition of the oil does is look like a chocolate milkpick that normally meAns a head gasket  does the oil smell like gas if so your running rich check fuel pressure at the rail see what that is then if that does nothing for you do a compression check your blue smoke could be rings and seals
