whacha think?
« on: January 30, 2010, 05:59:17 AM »
i just emailed this guy asking if it's still for sale. http://honolulu.craigslist.org/oah/cto/1531039393.html i don't know if it's auto or stick though (hopefully auto) but i mean $hit. he makes a valid point of a new 4 door being over 29k.  but i wont trade him my jeep so 21500 it'll be.

doesn't matter. i am now the owner of a 2005 jeep wrangler LJ. picked it up for 14.9K it only has 15k miles on it. bone stock very clean interior. honestly the only thing wrong with it is that the rear hatch sags abit. i can't even nit pick much more than that. pics coming soon.

the fenders on the tj are not as strong as the xj so watch out for palm trees

2005 jeep wrangler unlimited. 15k miles. dana 30 front, dana 44 rear. not sure on the gearing. that famous inline 6, auto trans. got it because it had low miles n lower price (out the door for 18k with a 60k mile warranty) already set up my build and started getting stuff. getting a top from safari straps. (pretty sweet looking, go checkem out) getting a 5" LCG lift kit from teraflex, run 35x12.5's, bushwacker flat fender flares, regearing to 4.56. poison spyder rocker knockers, and heavy duty bumpers front and rear. probably going with an arb for the front and im getting a rear tire carrier from LOG.

It comes with 3.73 gears. Be advised the auto tranny and 35 will be a power drained. Suggest regearing.
Well I am a Jk Owner now so don't hate.

nah, i ran the 33's on the cherokee with 3.55 gear ratio n it was only alittle bogged. i don't see a problem with 4.56's but i'll keep that in mind about the front axle. what would be a good axle to swap it with?
