Axle Truss

Ok so im probably a little late on this but was just woundering what u guys thought about the TnT truss's

http://tntcustoms.com/fronttruss-wagoneerd4480.aspx

So the way it reads is u can just drop this truss on the top of the axle and weld it on. Some questions i have are. What about the caster shouldnt it still be necessary to cut the weld off the inner C's and turn them to ur desired Caster angle? Also another question kinda off topic, is there any Dana 44 outer that u can bolt to a waggy 44 that would have a 5x4.5 bolt pattern, im pretty sure theres not but maybe u guys know something i dont. If those dont exist which i dont believe they do, i think the chevy flat top knuckles r pretty awesome because u can have them machined for High steer, therefore making them the best option. Just let me know what u guys think.

Also let me know of any potential problems i may run into.

I've never looked at trussing an axle before, but it was an interesting read about this product. Yes, you can put this on top of your axle, but you have to cut off the upper control arm mounts and coil buckets to do it. In the directions I think it said that you weld it on with 5 degree of caster, but depending on lift you can set it where you like. They probably assume you are using adjustible upper and lower arms so that you can fine tune it from that point rather than having everything built into your truss. I don't know of any outers to put on it to match a 5x4.5 lug pattern, but if you went with spacers I know they have spacers that will allow you to change the lug pattern. It looks like a good product, but it is going to take some work to get it installed. There is a lot of cutting and welding involved and it looks like the price goes up substantially when you add in all of the things that need to be reattached once the truss is in place.

As far as i know there is no way to get the waggy bolt pattern down to any thing smaller than 5 x 5 Because of the manual hubs i don't Know if any of the ttb  ford d44 is that size and that could bolt up i think that you will need to convert the 8.8 to match the front and from what i read any thing from tnt is Great

Adam, your post just reminded me that I had manual hubs on my Exploder with a 5 on 4.5 lug pattern. They actually used a D35 TTB front axle in those. I wonder if there is any way that the outers from that could be put onto the waggy D44? I doubt it, but you never know.
