Tow trailer or dolly: can i borrow yours?
« on: December 12, 2009, 03:41:49 PM »
I'm gonna look at a 1990 Geo Metro XFI today http://newlondon.craigslist.org/pts/1506153340.html and will probably buy it.  They get 50 mpg hwy (new, tougher EPA numbers), but have been known to get much more than that by good driving (old EPA numbers which are very possilbe to obtain have 58 mpg hwy).

I know it will take some work/$$ to get it on the road, but i can take my time, as the aspire gets well over 40 mpg.  What i am looking for is to borrow a trailer or tow dolly.  Any one have any i can borrow soon?

I don't know if Kirk's home or not this weekend, but he has a car trailer. I don't know of anybody else in the club with a trailer or dolly. You may want to try giving him a call.

I'm up in ME until Christmas Eve.  I only have 3 days off around Christmas, but if we don't have snow by then I could get it cleared off so you could use it.
