You are correct in this statement, but in the case of Rock he has met all of the club requirements, has the paperwork to turn in at the next function and was technically able to be voted in at the last club meeting. We just didn't vote him in because we didn't have enough people there. I will vouch that he will be voted in at our next meeting so if we do get shirts I feel comfortable in letting him buy one.
