its a 99 and yes i am doing The intake swap i am getting The intake for cheap and how hard is it To remote The axles from The jeep

The axles aren't too bad. A little more involved than leaf springs since you have control arms to remove and then brake lines, but that's it. If you can identify that it is a D44 rear axle rather than a D35 it is worth something even if he doesn't realize it. Footman and I would both be interested in rear axle shafts if it's a D44.

it is a d35 rear with 3.07's only  good front shaft is the passenger side and he wants 70 for the shafts this is a salvage yard and he is willing to work with me he is about a half an hour a way from where i used to live when i was stationed in ny so i know where he is at

Next time you head down 95, when passing through MD there is a Pick-n-pull that sells axle shafts for $16 each, but you have to do the work to get them out.
