steve and i are currently trying to install his new drive shaft and the new shaft is to long any quick ideas on how to make it work on his new setup
A few questions? Is the T-case all the way up and mounted to the skid plate? Is the rear pinion at the correct angle, the pinion should be aimed right at the yoke of the T-case? Is the rear axle control arms the right length? Is the drive shaft collapsed all the way? How much too long is it?
If the answer to the first 3 questions are all yes, and there is no way it is going to fit, there are two options. 1. Call the company he bought it from and make sure they sent him the right one. 2. Take it to Overland and see what they recommend.
