No wrenching for me today, but I did get up early and wash my Jeep. I figured I had to do it at least once. I'm working on homework all afternoon and then off to the pastor's house tonight for dessert and coffee.

truck is much better; one of the shocks had busted a seal and was oozing oil.  ride was very bounch and less "sure."

The new wheels/tires are a little too wide; i need to get some spacers for the rear (they rub the strut).  so the aspire is still OOC :(

Jeremy, first you put a sound system in it and now you're putting wide tires on the Aspire? Tell me those are low profile dubs you are putting on there. ;D

reasons i swaped rims: one of my 13" rims got bent and it is near impossible to find a replacement in 13".  13" rims limits my selection of tires to a few crapy ones.  the rims i got from wrecking yard had almost new tires which are a little wider than i would have chosen (185/65), but total package was cheaper than just new tires.  spacers run for about $20 shipped a pair.

yes, it does.  I was going to convert to studs/nuts, but i needed better measurments of the studs than the websites list.  I rarely take them off (unlike the taco), so its not that often i deal w/ them.
