The Jimmy
kirksjeep:
I had a 01 S-10 with the 4.3, Auto, 2wd. I loaded my Jeep onto my tandem axle trailer, and my Honda Hawk in the bed and drove all the way across the country, no problems at all, and could cruise at 70. I have electric brakes on the trailer, and I had Firestone AIr Bags on the truck. The only other mod was a K&N FIPK.
The Jimmy should pull the Zuk w/o any problems. Just make sure the trailer has breaks and you'll be set. You could also Flat tow the Zuk.

there is that, there is ALSO the fact that it has to be registered to flat tow it. Another thing to consider is it won't have brakes on it.

A lot of states require vehicles being flat towed to have an electrical pedal actuator installed on the vehicle being towed. It is basically a box with an arm that some how attaches to the floor of the towed vehicle and applies the brakes via the brake pedal. They are sold at RV supply places.
Here is one called the Brake Buddy, but they are $$$$$ almost $800
