just got a 9 1/2 foot rowboat yesterday. i think my 40 horse was just a little too much the transom starter to pop rivits off last night (well considering it's rated for 2.5 horse...um ya) so i think a 6-9.9 would be perfect. anybody have some old outboards laying around?? preferably short shaft.
