The Mud Pit > Wrenching
37's on 4"

Depends, I know Zuk don't do well with a lot of up travel, but can be built to droop like no tomorrow. Granted, they are fairly flat leaves on a Zuk, and that should have coils, but if it's built to droop you don't need a lot of up-travel.
Axle:
With bump stops and a good down travel shock, he could keep most, if not all of his flex. You are right, however, he will lose some flex, but I think it can be done without major trimming involved. He may lose flex, but his center of gravity will be a lot lower than mine, which could allow him to do climbs that I'm too tall for.

i emailed teraflex & rubicon express & got the lengths of their 5" & 4.5" shocks respectively. the rear shocks were the same height & the tera 5" were 21" compared to 20.1/4" for the re. essentially the same. the rears both measured 16 1/2". the tera 4" springs i have on now are 20 1/4 (front) & 15.38" in the rear. so not too much lift gained with either spring, at least not to justify $400+ for new ones.
here's the link to that guys pics webpage. if you scroll towards the bottom it looks like the 37's he's wheeling with. one pic looked sorta like he had a puc in the front, but it's hard to tell & he didn't mention any pucs on his intsall pages. look at these pics & let me know what you think. i appreciate the input. 8)

The rockers in 35 & up are 35 x 14.50" from what i've seen. the 33's are 13.50's.

Ok, I see it now. He's running that 4" lift with what looks like 2" pucks and at least a 1" body lift. With 7" of lift, that is what mine would look like without the 8.8 rear and 1" body lift. The 8.8 gives me an extra 5/8's" clearance in the rear. Even with the body lift, those tires stuff pretty hard in the front on mine. Your best bet imo is to go with the high clearance kit from either gen right or aev so you can keep the 4" lift and small body lift.
