Tow hooks?

Does anyone have the hooks that attach to the bumper were the frame mount is on top of the OEM bumpers and the bolts?

I don't have any here in Connecticut. I have two of them sitting in a drawer in Michigan from when I replaced the hooks with a bumper and d-rings. If you're not in a hurry I can bring them back with me on my next trip which will probably be around the end of March. You can pick them up from TSC and other places pretty cheap too.
