1978 Jeep Pick-up - $1500

I built a 383, splayed 4-bolt caps, ballenced/blueprinted, holley street avenger, MSD billit dist, MSD Digital 6, March performance serpentien kit, TCI super-streetfigher TH350, Houge (sp?) converter, Billet specilties aluminum all over, Be cool radiator/dual fan kit, trickflow twisted wedge 23deg 64cc heads, 10.5 speed pro coated pistons, melling oil pump, edlebrok air-gap perfomformer RPM intake, etc, etc.  the rear end is a new 12bolt rear w/ eaton posi/axles, wilwood disc brakes, and a hotrods-to-hell centerdrive truckarm suspension (still sitting in a crate).  Pypes stainless dual exhaust w/ x-pipe, headers, MSD custom lenght 8mm wires, accel shorty plugs, optima red top, custom x-member, all new painless wiring (in entire car, i'm good at electrical :) ) etc.  there is more, but I can't remeber every component!

Nice how's it run in the 1/4?  I had a 75 camero that i started with pops when i was 14 built the shit out of it.  went with a 327 that was completly done.  ended up being a 375 horse and 400lb of torque.  put on 125 horse nitrous for fun and had a field day with it.  car actually made it into the 12's.  i wasn't driving, but the car went into the 12's.  i miss it, but could never afford to finish it.

1/4 mile?  where is that?  The motor isn't tuned yet (never done that part, need pro help)

I ran mine at lebanon valley.  but you can also go to englishtown.  Lebanon valley cost me $250 for 3 runs.  it was on a charity day.  so i didn't race anyone.  as far as tuning it i can try to give ya a hand, but i don't have too much experience with carbs.  I had an old hot rodder friend of my fathers help me when i built the camero.  he went on to work for Jasper motorsports doing suspension and fabrication for they're nascar team.
