rat bastid punks
« on: November 18, 2008, 08:06:48 PM »
I just have to vent out;

some f'n punk got into my jeep last night and rifled through all my junk in there, at least all my tools were in the little car but the asswipes got my gps and my girls cd's (her small case) and cash is tight enough this year that I wont be replacing them till spring. at least they had the curtesy to unzip the window rather than using a knife but dammit I hate living places where the teans don't have to balance the risk of me poping out the back door with a shotgun against the rewards of messin with my junk.

I hate thieves. You got lucky though that they didn't cut the top or a window out. I used to keep my CJ unlocked all the time and hoped if anybody wanted to break in they would try the door before cutting it open. I never kept anything in it worth anything. A friend of mine had his YJ broken into and they slashed the window before realizing that he kept his doors unlocked too.

I had my camaro broken into twice: both times for the radio. first time they tore up my door getting the lock cylinder out and destroyed the center concle (where the stereo is mounted), the second time the broke off the passenger window and destroyed the center consle face plate.  I lost CD cases each time.  Get a red blinking light (faux alarm).  after i put an alarm in mine, it was never bothered.

I'm glad I live in the boonies, no one come out here.  The doors to my car are never locked, but who would want to steal a POS 91 Jetta?  I keep all the good toys in the garage.
