Rocket,good call on the braided hose. I went with Jegs since they carry a AN-6 to 1/4NPT adaptor and I couldn't find them on summit. 3ft of hose, 2 AN-6 hose ends, and 2 AN-6 to 1/4 NPT adaptors with S/H cost me $45. I will now have about $145 in my system, but still a lot cheaper then a lot of systems. I am now thinking I should have just cut up my A/C hoses, but that would rendered the A/C unit junk since the high press hose went directly to the under dash unit. I sold the A/C unit for $50, so I guess I am still a few bucks ahead.
By the way the braided hose/ fittings are good up to 1000 psi!!!
